Saturday, August 2, 2009 we headed (via the boat) over to our friends the Boumas, cabin for supper. The kids had a great time (we adults did too). I love how kids who haven't seen eachother in about a year, and hardly know eachother, can just start playing together and getting along so well. Who wouldn't have a great time playing on a great big innertube!?! And of course eating food - like Doritoes and Cheetos...which we haven't had in like forever!!
Silas, on the other hand, was a bit cautious around anyone. I think it was party due to jetlag, but he just didn't warm up to ANYONE at first (or for like almost the entire vacation). He was pretty much a mommies boy this night. He did find out he could climb between 2 chairs and balance himself. He thought he was pretty cool too.
