Eating more ICECREAM! Shortly after this picture was taken - Shaylee's entire scoop of icecream fell to the floor! OOPS! A few tears were shed...and fortunately the owner came out with another cone for Shaylee. GRAZIE!

We headed back to the main train station, picked up our luggage, and got our ticket back to Orvieto. We had about a 45 minute wait before our train left - so we stopped in a good ole Mc D's! We were looking forward to a nice relaxing train ride....the kids however seemed more hyper than ever! It was dark when we got back to Orvieto, however not that late. So we took the funicular up to the part of the town that is on the hill (our hotel was down by the train station). We then quickly got on a little bus that whisked us through the little town down narrow alleys -we really had NO IDEA where we were going - or if we were even on the right bus. I pulled out my trusty Rick Steve's book. We got off at the Duomo - and WOW! It was really neat lit up at night.
We found a little restaurant - had some supper (pizza and wine). And then took the little bus (another CRAZY and WILD ride) back to the funicular station and back down to our hotel. WHAT A DAY!
