One of the joys of having Silas eat table food - is the clean up afterwards! Silas has recently started wanting to feed himself. Finger foods work very well, but he also wants to try using a fork or spoon. He doesn't quite know how to get the food from the bowl into his mouth without spilling it - or flipping it into the air and onto the floor. Tonight in the process he discovered a new use for Mac'n'Cheese -it works good as a hair gel! He pretty much had it plastered all over himself! This is when he goes directly from the table to the bath tub!
The other little trick Silas figured out this week is how to wiggle out of his booster seat straps and stand up in his seat! This is a BIG NO, NO! However, he thinks it is quite funny. Time to tighten those straps!
