Another Day in Switzerland

On Saturday, September 20, 2008 - we once again headed to the beautiful country of Switzerland! Jeremy's great aunt and uncle, Marv and Joyce, have been spending the past few weeks in a small village called Reuti, in central Switzerland. We thought with family so close - we just had to make a point to come and see them. And who can resist the beauty of Switzerland!

Beauty of Switzerland - we seem to travel through tunnel after tunnel - I made a joke in the car that it sometimes seems we spend more time underground here - than above!

This morning we also encountered fog as we headed up into the mountains. There is something beautiful about the fog as well. As we came around one curve I could see what appeared to be a valley below - and realized just how high we were - oh the view on a clear day!

Then I saw something white in the midst of the clouds and realized a mountain peak was out there somewhere hidden behind the clouds.

We found our way to where Marv and Joyce were staying and started the day off with a nice walk - such beautiful countrysides in Switzerland.

And don't forget the COWS- with their clanging bells. The girls LOVED them!

A quick photo of our family. It was turning into a beautiful day. The sun was trying to poke through the clouds and burn off the fog. We figured we'd better grab the chance to capture the mountains in photos when we could - before the clouds rolled in again.
