THANKSGIVING

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on the many blessings the Lord has bestowed upon us. We are thankful for loving family and friends; both near and far. We are thankful for 4 healthy, lively, wonderful children. We are thankful for the opportunity we have to live and work in Germany. We are thankful for freedom to worship God. We are thankful that we have a hope and a future. We are thankful for God's faithfulness, his everlasting love, his grace. Even in the midst of trials and struggles we are thankful. Psalm 100 is a wonderful reminder of how we should give thanks to God. Not just on Thanksgiving -but throughout the year. May God bless each of you! Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.
