Shelby - 8 Months

Shelby is 8 months! I can hardly believe it - I say that each month, and it is the truth - these months are just flying by. It seems like just yesterday she was a tiny baby - but now she is definately growing into her own person. She brings smiles to our faces daily - and has brought so much JOY to our family these past 8 months.

Biggest FIRST this month - a tooth! Can you see it?

Here she is hanging out with daddy - and showing off her sitting skills.

She doesn't sit for long yet, but we keep practicing. She rolls over from her back to her tummy almost as soon as you lay her down. She isn't even close to crawling yet- which I am fine with - as I'm not ready for her to be mobile...but she can turn herself around and go for objects that she wants but are just slightly out of her reach.

And of course - the sweetness of a sleeping baby.
